Our 4Th of July weekend was a lot of fun. We started out by me taking the kids swimming for their first time on Friday with my sisters, mom and nieces and nephews. The kids had fun, but Sawyer was not so sure about it at first but then once the kids started splashing and playing around with him he loved it. We went to the South Jordan Rec center and luckily there was really no one there and it was nice to have the kiddie pool pretty much all to ourselves the hole time.
Then on Saturday we took the kids to the West Jordan Parade and then we headed over to my parents and had some lunch and then later went to see the movie Ice age, it was really cute! Sawyer had fallen asleep and so we decided to leave him with my niece Sydney and she babysat him with my bro in law Joe who stayed at my parents and watched his two younger kids as well.
Then we came back and later that night had a BBQ and roasted Marshmallows and made smores and had a great night. Then we did fireworks before going home. It was fun and the kids enjoyed their first fireworks show. This was not their official first 4Th of July since they were two days old last year, but this was the first time they got to enjoy the festivities and we had a fun time watching them enjoy it! I will be posting pictures of their birthday party soon, still uploading all those pictures!

The twins and my sister Tiffany, Sawyer was a little worried you can tell he is holding on to Sadie tight. :)

Sawyer still getting use to the water, I was surprised since he loves taking baths, but I guess it was loud in there and different for him.

Sadie waiting to walk down to where we were sitting at the parade. My bro and sis in law live close to were we sit so we always park at their house and walk down.

Suz- Ya I had never seen them either. It was kinda fun for them to be able to swing and still be in the water.

Looks like you had a lot of fun! I love that video, she's just shoving the whole marshmallow in at once!
What a cute family! I think that Sawyer is starting to look like Lance and I think that Sadie is starting to look like you. I think I can really tell now that they are "one" and not babies anymmore!
